Guadalupe County Warrant RecordsGuadalupe County Warrant Records

We do not hold official Guadalupe County warrant records. Route a question to the court or agency that owns it, and use the published phone or address from the official source before traveling. This page is for office routing only.

This is not a government office. We cannot confirm a warrant, recall a warrant, post bond, arrange surrender, accept payment, or give legal advice. Contact the issuing court, sheriff, or an attorney for those matters.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Use the court named on the case, citation, or Case Lookup result. The Fourth Judicial District Court at 1448 Historic Route 66, Suite 5, Santa Rosa, New Mexico 88435, uses 575-472-3888 for district criminal files. Guadalupe County Magistrate Court at 1633 Historic Route 66, Santa Rosa, uses 575-472-3237 for misdemeanor and traffic matters.

Santa Rosa Municipal Court is at 244 S. Fourth St. and uses 575-472-4232. Vaughn Municipal Court is at 320 E. Eighth St. and uses 575-584-2206. City and town courts keep their own municipal case paths. A city payment portal does not replace the clerk's confirmation of warrant status.

The Guadalupe County Sheriff page lists 565 River Rd., #1, Santa Rosa, New Mexico 88435, and 575-472-3711. The county contact page shows a different directory address with the same phone. Call before a walk-in visit and ask which office confirms law-enforcement status or handles the records question.

For a defined public-record request

New Mexico's Inspection of Public Records Act calls for a written request with the requester's name, address, phone, and a reasonably particular description of the record. Identify a case, citation, warrant number, date range, or status entry. Address the request to the sheriff, court, city, or town custodian that holds the record. If the first office does not hold it, ask where to route it.

Do not contact the county clerk for a criminal warrant by default

The Guadalupe County Clerk's published duties concern recording, elections, probate, oaths, and certifications. That office is not the ordinary custodian for district, magistrate, or municipal criminal warrants. Use the court contacts above.

For legal strategy, bond, surrender, recall, or a motion, speak with a licensed New Mexico attorney and the issuing court.
