Guadalupe County Warrant RecordsGuadalupe County Warrant Records

Guadalupe County Warrant Records is a private civic reference for locating official New Mexico court and agency channels. It does not host warrant files, decide legal status, or speak for the district court, magistrate court, municipal courts, sheriff, MVD, or any other government office.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Its text, links, and third-party tools may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.

Privately Operated Reference Site

This site is not affiliated with the Fourth Judicial District Court, Guadalupe County Magistrate Court, Santa Rosa Municipal Court, Vaughn Municipal Court, Guadalupe County Sheriff, New Mexico Judiciary, or any state or federal agency. It does not issue, serve, recall, cancel, or remove warrants. It only organizes information about where a person can ask an official question.

Accuracy of Information

Government offices can change phones, addresses, hours, fees, forms, links, and procedures. Case Lookup can be limited, delayed, redacted, sealed, confidential, juvenile, or non-digitized. We try to use official sources, but cannot promise that a detail is current. Verify before visiting, paying, appearing, surrendering, or submitting a request.

Warrant Status Changes, Verify Before You Rely

A warrant can be issued, served, recalled, cancelled, removed, or otherwise disposed. A clear public result is not proof that no warrant exists, and an old listing is not proof that one remains active. A payment can resolve a financial obligation while another court condition stays open. Confirm with the issuing court and ask for written proof when the status changes.

Treat every online result as a starting point. The court that issued the warrant controls its status, and the sheriff or other authorized office can explain law-enforcement service questions.

Verify With the Official Source

For district criminal records, call the Fourth Judicial District Court at 575-472-3888. For county misdemeanor or traffic records, call Guadalupe County Magistrate Court at 575-472-3237. For Santa Rosa or Vaughn municipal records, call the city court named on the citation. The sheriff's published phone is 575-472-3711, but the official page does not publish a complete warrant roster.

Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this site advises a person about a charge, bond, surrender, recall motion, hearing, MVD notice, or IPRA remedy. Those matters depend on the case. Speak with a licensed New Mexico attorney and the issuing court.

Third-Party Search Tools

A third-party widget may collect information, charge a fee, or produce incomplete or mismatched results under its own terms. We do not control its database or verify its result. Do not enter another person's sensitive data, and do not treat a vendor result as a court confirmation.

Outbound Links

We link to court, sheriff, municipal, IPRA, MVD, NMCD, federal, and Census resources. External sites may change or go offline and have their own terms and privacy policies. A link is a reference, not an endorsement, warranty of accuracy, or government affiliation.

No Records on This Site

This website does not host warrant lists, court files, arrest records, most-wanted rosters, or case documents. The most-wanted page describes and links official programs without copying names, photographs, or addresses. The official answer to a warrant question must come from the issuing court or law-enforcement agency.

Common Questions

Can you tell me whether I have a warrant? No. Start with Case Lookup and contact the issuing court or sheriff.

Does a no-result clear a person? No. Records can be restricted, non-digitized, held by another court, or absent from a public display.

Who can recall a warrant? The issuing court controls recall or cancellation. Counsel can help with the lawful process.

Can I copy a most-wanted list here? No. Use the official program link and tip route without republishing the roster.
